PlantTalk provides plant identification, plant-care information and AI-powered plant conversations. The operator's final legal identity and registered details will be inserted after company registration.
Using PlantTalk
By using PlantTalk you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, scrape or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
AI and plant identification
AI responses and plant identifications can be wrong. PlantTalk provides general educational information and does not guarantee identification or care advice. Do not rely on PlantTalk for poisoning, ingestion, allergy, pet or child safety, medical, veterinary or other safety-critical decisions.
Photos and content
You may upload plant photographs and permitted content. You must have the right to upload it and must not upload unlawful or harmful material. You retain ownership of your content while allowing PlantTalk the limited permission needed to provide the requested service.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity on your account. PlantTalk may include saved plants, conversations, photos and care history.
Paid services
If paid subscriptions or digital services are offered, applicable prices, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase and updated as required by law.
Tree adoption and donations
Any future adoption or charitable feature will explain the transaction, recipient and charitable allocation before it is marketed as a live charitable programme.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep PlantTalk available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
